User Experience Testing//
Project Description
In our consultation with the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI), we provided high level analysis for the CIHI internet and Intranet websites and lead the quality assurance and usability testing plans to maintain high quality user experience websites.
We were involved in the following tasks:
- Conducted various usability studies such as heuristic evaluation and consumer research to discover all kinds of usability malfunctions.
- Created a quality assurance process that measures the integrity of the intranet and internet functionalities and CMS management process.
- Measured the usability of the websites through a heuristics evaluation process.
- Created a detailed content management process that defined the roles of the editors, reviewers, publishers, and administrators which improved the CMS-based websites publishing process.
- Analyzed the business requirements and ensured all the requirements are reflected on the web presence through presenting the requirements in low and high fidelity prototypes as defined by the business lines.
