Project Description

We have helped Aeroplan to re-design the web-based reservations system based on the usability and human computer interaction standards after conducing the requirement analysis and task analysis to improve the efficiency and the users’ productivity.

Our project involved the following tasks:

  • Developed and applied a usability strategy and modified the design based on the analyzed results.
  • Prepared and moderated various usability sessions with the target audience selected to evaluate the defined users’ tasks.
  • Created wireframes and high fidelity User Interface prototypes based on the users testing and the business requirements using Axure, Dreamweaver and Fireworks.
  • Modified and re-structured the navigations of the web reservation system.
  • Organized the information architecture by creating visualizations of content, storyboarding, translating user behavior into media structure and elements, and prepared data models for prototype design.
