Project Description

In our consultation with Canada Post, we have helped them re-design a prototype for their epost product and conducted various usability evaluations for their other products. We were involved in the following tasks:

  • Conducted various usability studies such as heuristic evaluation and consumer research to discover all kinds of usability malfunctions.
  • Created a highly effective landing page to increase the users’ conversion rate.
  • Worked closely with the product management and development teams to apply user-centered design best practices in order to create an exceptional user experience for new products and services.
  • Managed the process for developing key design deliverables, including: personas, information architectures/site maps, wire frames, schematics, process maps, mock-ups, visual specifications, working prototypes and other artifacts to describe the intended user experience. This involved working with various internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Facilitated the design process, by coordinating stakeholder input and review sessions for key design deliverables.
  • Gathered and documented user requirements; translated requirements into site organization and initial designs.
  • Acted as a evangelist for product usability throughout the organization.
  • Managed the planning and execution of usability studies and other user testing methods; communicated results backs to key stakeholders.
